Ingredients

Meat Sauce:

  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 huge spoonfuls jarlic (8-10 cloves garlic diced)
  • 1 cup water
  • Lowry's seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire

Alfredo Sauce & Noodles:

  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp
    • dried chives
    • paprika
    • dried thyme
    • garlic powder
    • no salt Tony C's
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups of grated parmesan
  • Your favorite noodles cooked to package instructions

Toppings:

  • 1/2 lb bacon chopped
  • 2 jalapenos diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add your chopped bacon to a pan and brown it
  • Remove bacon and place on a paper towel, soak up about 1/ 2 to 3/4 of the grease in the pan with a paper towel
  • Add onion to the pan and saute until it starts to soften
  • Add your ground beef and cook
  • Drain more of the grease as the beef is cooking
  • Add in your jarlic, salt and pepper to taste, worcestershire and stir well
  • Add in tomatoes, rotel, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Stir well
  • Add in garlic powder
  • Add in water and stir

  • In a different pan, melt your butter and add dried chives, paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, and no salt tony c's
  • Stir well and bring to a simmer
  • Add in 3 cups of heavy whipping cream and continue to stir well so it doesn't burn
  • Add in your cooked noodles to the alfredo sauce and mix well

  • Spray an oven safe casserole dish with nonstick spray
  • Add in alfredo noodles
  • Spread your meat sauce on top
  • Top with cheddar cheese and the cooked bacon
  • Add diced jalapenos to the top
  • Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
