I have a lot of allergies in my household to cater to. It can be a chore but it also allows me to get creative in the kitchen! It doesn't get any better than making a perfect banana pudding that your gluten free and egg free friends and family members can all eat! Try out this recipe to enjoy sweet bananas mixed with creamy filling and crunchy wafers all layered into perfection!

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 boxes vanilla jello
  • 2 boxes banana cream jello
  • 8 cups whole milk
  • 2 containers of tru whip or cool whip
  • 2 boxes Gluten free vanilla wafers
  • 8 bananas sliced

Instructions

  • Add whipped cream cheese to a large bowl
  • Add in condensed milk, vanilla extract, and boxes of jello
  • Mix well to combine
  • Add in lactose free milk
  • Use mixer to combine. It will get thicker.
  • Add in tru whip or cool whip and combine
  • Place a layer of wafers on the bottom of a large pan
  • Add half the pudding mixture and spread
  • Add 1/2 of your sliced bananas to the top
  • Repeat again with a layer of cookies, pudding, and bananas
  • Cover with pudding and top with wafers
  • Chill for at least 1 hour but the longer the better
