Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 2 onions diced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 large spoonful jarlic (4 cloves garlic)
  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of fresh peeled and diced ginger
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • 2 cans water chestnuts chopped
  • Green onions diced
  • Butter lettuce (for the wraps)
  • Chile paste (optional)

Instructions

  • Brown your ground chicken in a pan
  • Add in your diced onions and continue to cook
  • Add in sesame oil, jarlic, rice wine vinegar, ginger, hoisin, and soy sauce
  • Stir well to combine
  • Add in water chestnuts and stir
  • Add in chili paste if you want to add heat
  • Add in as many green onions as you want (I do about 1 cup)
  • Serve in your butter lettuce wraps and enjoy!
