These easy and delicious beefy asian noodles will make you stop wanting to get take out and make asian dishes in your own home! It's packed with flavor, veggies, and has much less sugar than what you'll get at a restaurant.

Ingredients

Flank steak:

  • Flank Steak sliced thinly across the grain
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Veggies:

  • 5 garlic cloves diced or 1 huge spoonful jarlic
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 5-6 green onions and a 1 bunch broccolini roughly chopped
  • 1 handful of snow peas
  • 1 can of water chestnuts

For Sauce:

  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce

Noodles:

  • 1 pack of rice roodles cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  • Add sliced flank steak to a bowl
  • Add baking soda, cornstarch, sugar, coconut aminos, and soy sauce
  • Mix well and set aside for at least 30 minutes to let meat marinate and tenderize
  • Mix sauce together and set aside

  • Add avocado oil to pan on medium high heat
  • Add flank steak and cook to right before your desired doneness
  • Remove steak and set aside
  • Add more oil and veggies into your pan
  • Once veggies are softened, add in cooked noodles and flank steak
  • Add sauce on top and toss around
  • Serve hot
